Technical Support

Requirements:

Fluent spoken and written language skills.
Technical education.
Knowledge of MS Windows and Linux operating systems.
Analytical skills, attention to detail, and promptness.
Ability to communicate effectively with developers and interest in software development.
Experience with logs.
Experience with product integration/payment systems/telephony.
Basic coding skills.
At least one year of experience in a similar position.

It would be a plus if:

Experience working in an IT company.
Experience working with databases and SQL.
Experience in manual testing.
Experience with Jira Service Desk.

Main responsibilities:

Handling basic and complex customer queries (chats, Service Desk).
Providing technical support in working with company products.
Integration of software, setup, and consulting on software operation.
Primary error testing.
Collaborating with development team.
Performing tasks in accordance with established procedures, rules, and instructions.
